Opposition leader <strong>Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza<\/strong>, who urged national dialogue and democratic reform, was arrested shortly after publishing her views, accused under false political charges, and denied due process. Her case, condemned by Human Rights Watch, the UN, and the European Parliament, highlights Rwanda\u2019s continued suppression of dissent.
